Engineering Services

Kight Engineering provides professional services in structural and environmental engineering.

Structural: Kight conducts structural inspections on existing structures and provides engineering reports evaluating soil conditions, drainage and structural integrity. We use these evaluations in the preparation of foundation repair and drainage plans if necessary. A majority of these engineering reports are performed for parties involved in residential or commercial real estate transactions.

We also evaluate new construction sites issuing engineering reports addressing soil conditions, drainage and providing foundation design services.

Environmental: Kight Engineering provides Phase I environmental assessments and through a strategic alliance with Summit Environmental Services, LLC, we can provide Phase Two and Phase Three environmental services.
